hey buddy if you really want to make flex banner then go for "Photoshop cs5 extended" software.
I myself have made many flex banners for my college with this software,this is the best.

hey dude,
i knew it but i want a large amount of software for this type of work i have p.s cs2,cs3,cs2 8.0, coral draw , and many more but i need more .
